SHIPPING POLICY

Primitive Surf offers free shipping on all purchases equal to or exceeding AUD $100 excluding surfboards.

Products will be shipped within 48 hours and Delivery time is subject to shipping requirements and location of delivery. Please ensure the correct shipping address is input as we assume no responsibility for goods shipped to the wrong address.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can only be returned for exchange providing items have not been worn/ used, include original tags attached, not washed, and no smoke smell. We adhere to a strict no refunds policy however exchanges can be made as long as the previous conditions are met and also credits can be provided if an exchange cannot be facilitated. An exception to the refund policy will only be made for damaged or faulty products. Unwanted gifts will not be refunded. You have 30 days from invoice or shipment date to return merchandise for exchange or credit.
